About The Gap Ward

Tucked away in Brisbane's inner north-west, The Gap Ward includes the suburbs of Ashgrove and The Gap, as well as parts of Bardon and Paddington. The Ward is surrounded by nature with Mt Coot-tha Forest Park to the South, the natural bushland enclosed in the Enoggera Army Barracks to the north and Brisbane Forest Park and Enoggera Reservoir to the west. Running from the reservoir, Enoggera Creek forms the defining natural feature of The Gap and Ashgrove as it runs through the valley towards Breakfast Creek.
